  • The 24-year-old has been constantly linked with a switch to Old Trafford ever since the conclusion of the World Cup finals in Brazil.

A report from The Mail claims that both clubs have come to terms over a £14m fee for the transfer.

It is believed that Louis Van Gaal has opted to sign the Netherlands international due to his versatility to play at either right-back or defensive midfield.
