Chelsea have completed the signing of highly-rated Romanian defender Cristian Manea from Viitorul, according to Dolce Sport.

The 17-year-old is considered as one of the best young talents in European football, and has already been capped at national level. 

The young defender had been the radar of several European clubs in recent weeks, and Dolce Sport claims that the West London club have sealed the deal for the talented youngster for a fee in the region of £2.5m.

It is believed that the transfer will go through during the winter transfer window.
