Valencia weigh up bid for Juan Mata

La Liga side Valencia are reportedly lining up a January bid for Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata, according to Goal.com.

The Spain international is believed to be considering his future at Old Trafford following the arrival of the likes of Angel di Maria and Radamel Falcao during the summer.

Goal.com claims that Valencia are aware of Mata's uncertainty at the Mancunian giants, and could make a bid of around £29.7m for his comeback to the Mestalla when the transfer window reopens in January.

Mata has scored two goals in five games for the Red Devils this season.
