Mexican international Javier Hernandez is unlikely to play again for Manchester United.
The talented striker joined Real Madrid on loan for the rest of the season, following his failure to cement his place in the first-team at United.
Reports in Spain now claim that the 26-year-old will return to Old Trafford, but will be sold next summer as Louis van Gaal considers him as surplus to requirements at the club.
Hernandez has scored two goals in four games for Los Blancos this season.
