Liverpool are planning to offload Italian striker Mario Balotelli in the winter transfer window following his failure to settle at the club, The Star reports.
Balotelli joined the Reds from AC Milan over the summer as a replacement for Luis Suarez, who left the club for Barcelona in the early stages of the transfer window.
However, he has since then failed to hit the heights expected of him, having had a series of shocking performances in recent games.
According to The Star, the Merseysiders could be open to selling off the Italian international in the New Year, should an offer come by.
Balotelli has yet to score for Liverpool in the Premier League this season.
