Former Stoke City winger has agreed to join Indian Super League side FC Pune City on a free transfer, The Mail reports.
Pennant had revealed that he was keeping his options open having been released by Stoke City in the summer.
According to The Mail, the Indian outfit have signed the 31-year-old as a replacement for Colombian midfielder Omar Andre Rodriguez, who will miss the rest of the season with a kidney problem.
Pune are currently sixth in the league standings.
