The Costa Rican international had a great spell with the national side at the World Cup finals in Brazil over the summer, and many expected him to shine at the Gunners in the current campaign.
However, manager Arsene Wenger has seemingly opted to keep him on the bench since the start of the season.
According to Fichajes.net, Turkish giants Galatasaray will offer an escape route to the 22-year-old, who is believed to be keen on plying his trade at a new club where he could get sufficient game time.
Campbell has made just three appearances for the Gunners this season.
