Manchester United will step their efforts to land the services of PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay in the winter transfer window, according to Metro.
The Netherlands international worked under Louis van Gaal during the World Cup finals in Brazil over the summer.
The Metro claims that the Red Devils will make a move for the talented winger, with his parent club open to his sale in the New Year.
In addition to this, United will make a bid in the region of £18m for the 20-year-old.
