  • Henry's current deal at MLS side New York Red Bulls expires in December, and this has led to the speculation that the veteran striker could head back to North London where he made a name for himself.

The Mirror reports that the Gunners could offer a coaching role to the Legendary striker, once his existing deal at Red Bulls comes to a close.

Manager Arsene Wenger was asked by the media as to whether he would accommodate the 37-year-old in his backroom staff, and he replied with an affirmative.

"It's not impossible. I welcome people who have played for us to come back but not (for just) an honorary job." He said.

"He has to learn the job first. I have seen so many who have the qualities and they have not survived their first job because they are not ready."
