Leicester City directors are considering bringing in Tony Pulis as their new manager, to replace Nigel Pearson. The Foxes have struggled so far this season.

  • Chelsea ready to hand Nicolas Jackson fresh chance

  • Pulis, who is known as a survival specialist, has been out of work since his high profile exit from Crystal Palace last season.

Leicester City have struggled to find their best form since their promotion to the top flight and there is increasing pressure on current boss Nigel Pearson.

Pulis is said to be ready for a move to the Premier League as soon as possible, but wants the right club and board backing before signing on the dotted line.

The Welsh manager is also said to be looking for a move to a team prior to the January transfer window, so that he has full flexibility to bring in the players he needs during the winter months.
