The 29-year-old has recently found himself out-of-favour at the Tigers, although manager Steve Bruce opted to bring back for the clash against Chelsea during the weekend.

According to The Mirror, Davies is unhappy at his position at the club, and could seek pastures in the upcoming transfer window.\'

The report adds that Toffees are interested in the player, and look set to make an offer in the New Year.
