The highly rated striker failed to play regular first team football under Alan Pardew and is therefore unhappy at the Magpies. Swansea City want to bring in Cisse as a direct replacement for Wilfried Bony, who joined Man City. Cisse will head to the Swans for talks later in the month and a deal is expected to be completed before transfer deadline week.
