Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado has apparently agreed personal terms with Chelsea, according to Sky Sport Italia.
The 26-year-old has been long linked with a switch to the Premier League, and Sky Sport Italia claims that the Blues have finalized terms with the Colombian international regarding the potential move.
However, the West London outfit are yet to agree a fee with La Viola, who are holding out for the player's buy-out clause which currently stands at £26.8m
Reports elsewhere reveal that Egyptian international Mohamed Salah could be offered as makeweight to finance the deal.
