Lyon right back Corentin Tolisso is a surprise target for Chelsea. The Blues are to make a 5 million euro bid for the 20-year-old defender.
The French under-21 international has been in good form so far this campaign for the Lyonnais side and has now been credited with the interest of the Blues.
Jose Mourinho is looking for defensive reinforcements and is confident that at just 5 million euros, Tolisso is available for a good price.
Currently the Blues have deployed Branislav Ivanovic at the right back position but want to add some competition to their squad for next season.
It is understood that Mourinho could agree to a deal that would see Tolisso join in the summer.
