Swansea City have acquired the services of Jack Cork from Southampton for an undisclosed fee.
The Swans boss Garry Monk revealed that the 25-year-old was close to a switch to the South Welsh outfit having rejected a new deal at the Saints.
It has now been confirmed via the club's official twitter handle that the former Chelsea trainee has put pen to paper on a three-and-a-half-year deal.
"We are delighted to announce the signing of @SouthamptonFC midfielder @jackcork1 for an undisclosed fee. " the tweet read.
