Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado will complete a move to Chelsea this weekend. The Colombian has taken a private jet to London this afternoon.
Cuadrado had been linked with many teams after an impressive World Cup and posted on his Instagram account ahead of a move to England: The message reads: "Florence will always be in my heart.
