Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino was in the Netherlands to PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay, according to The Mirror.
The Dutch star was tipped to join Spurs on transfer deadline day, but a deal failed to materialize.
A report from The Mirror claims that Pochettino had flown to Holland to watch the 21-year-old in action for the Eredivisie leaders.
In addition to this, the North London outfit are likely to make a bid of around £20m for the talented forward at the end of the season.
