Real Sociedad boss David Moyes is considering the option of signing Newcastle United forward Sammy Ameobi at the end of the season, according to a report.

The Nigerian international has been in and out of the first-team at the Magpies in recent weeks, and is expected to leave the club on his contract expires at the end of the season.

According to The Mail, Ameobi has attracted interest from a host of top clubs in Europe, but Moyes is confident on luring the talented player to the Spanish outfit in the summer.
