Manchester United will offer winger Ashley Young a new contract. The England international has impressed in recent weeks and could now be set for a brand new contract.

It is understood that coach Louis van Gaal will offer a new three year deal to Young after some top performances in recent months. Young had been destined for an Old Trafford exit but the Dutch coaches' arrival at United has coincided with a spell in the first team for the forward and now a new contract looks set to be agreed.
