Manchester United are expected to offload striker Robin van Persie and midfielder Juan Mata this summer, according to The Express.
Mata has failed to cement his place in the first-team this season, with the likes of Ander Herrera, Marouane Fellaini and Angel di Maria preferred ahead of him in the pecking order.
On the other hand, Van Persie has had a fair share of injuries of late, and Van Gaal is unhappy with the player\'s inability to stay fit over a longer period.
The Express claims that Van Persie and Mata are considered surplus to requirements and will be sold out in the summer, irrespective of whether United finish in the top four or not.
