Manchester City are planning a surprise swoop for Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere at the end of the season.
The England international has had his fair share of injuries in recent seasons at the Gunners, and this has dented his progress.
The Sunday Times reports that City boss Manuel Pellegrini will look to reshuffle his squad this summer.
In addition to this, the Citizens are hopeful to lure Wilshere to the Etihad and help the midfielder rejuvenate his career.
Wilshere is currently recovering from an ankle injury.
