Chelsea could offer Oscar and Ramires in a deal to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

Pogba joined the Turin giants from Manchester United in 2012, and has since become one of the most sought midfielders in European football.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is believed to be keen on signing the French midfielder, and will do to the best of his ability to make a deal go through this summer.

According to The Telegraph, Juve are open to Pogba's sale to Chelsea in the summer, should they be offered Oscar and Ramires as exchange.

Chelsea host Stoke City in the Premier League on Sunday.
