Manchester City have been linked with a summer move for Southampton midfielder James Ward-Prowse, The People reports.
The 20-year-old has emerged as one of the best youth prospects from the Saints academy, and is believed to have the potential to become a World-Class player in years to come.
According to The People, the England Under-21 had just signed a five-year contract extension at St.Mary's in January, but this has not deterred City's desire to sign the talented youngster this summer.
