The Ecuadorian international joined the Hammers from Mexican side Pachuca last summer, and has since then struggled to score goals on a regular basis.

However, The Mail claims that Blues boss Jose Mourinho is ready to reignite interest in the talented forward this summer.

The report adds that the arrival for Valencia at Stamford Bridge could pave way for the sale of star midfielder Oscar.

Valencia has scored four goals for the Hammers this season.
