Borussia Dortmund midfielder IIkay Gundogan has been on the radar of a host of European clubs in recent months, including Arsenal from the Premier League.

However, The Mail cites that the Red Devils are on the verge of agreeing Dortmund's £20.5m valuation for the midfield sensation.

The German intenational has been a regular for BVB this season, having missed much of last season through injury.
