Alex McLeish is looking to add Darren Fletcher to his squad in the January transfer window. His fellow countryman has fallen out of favour at Man Utd and hasn't appeared as often this season, and a £3 million offer may tempt the Mancunians into a January sale.
With the midfield packed of other world class stars, Fletcher has found his opportunities very limited in the last year or so.
Ferguson may allow Fletcher to leave as he may realise there is not much room for the Scotsman in his squad.
Birmingham, who were promoted to the top-flight at the end of last season, are hovering over the relegation zone and with the transfer window opening shortly, McLeish may see Fletcher as an ideal addition to his squad.
