Manchester United are weighing up a shock move for Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet. The Belgian international is one of the Premier League's most respected shot stoppers but is looking for a move away from Anfield.
Mignolet has struggled so far this season at Anfield despite keeping one of England's most impressive defensive records. Rumours suggest that United goalkeeper David De Gea is set for a return to his homeland of Spain and that Mignolet is likely to replace him. Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has also been mentioned as a possible replacement.
