Brazilian international Dani Alves has announced that he will be departing Barcelona on the expiry of his contract this summer.

The 32-year-old has been tipped to join French champions Paris Saint-Germain for a Bosman fee in the summer, but The Telegraph cites that the Red Devils will turn to the former Sevilla star if they fail to sign up any of their priority defensive targets.

Alves has made 341 appearances for the Catalan giants so far.
