Real Sociedad to wrap up move for Arsenal forward?

Real Sociedad have moved a step closer to signing Arsenal striker Joel Campbell. The Costa Rican international spent last season on loan at Villarreal and wants to stay in Spain for the next campaign.

Campbell showed flashes of his talent during his loan spell with the Yellow Submarines and is said to be unhappy at the prospect of a return to North London.

Real Sociedad have been in contact with Arsenal regarding Campbell for over 18 months and are now confident that a deal can be agreed for the versatile forward.

Arsenal will demand a fee of around 17 million euros.
