AS Roma are ready to test Everton's resolve with a tempting offer for striker Romelu Lukaku in the upcoming transfer window.
Lukaku joined the Toffees on a permanent basis last summer, having had a successful season on loan at the Merseyside outfit during the 2013-14 season.
However, the Belgian international struggled to prove his credentials in the season, with the burden of being the club's record signing.
According to The Mail, Roma are keen on signing up the talented marksman, but they may struggle to amass Everton's asking price of £35m.
Lukaku scored just league 10 goals for Everton last season.
