Arsenal could have a say in the pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, according to reports.

The Sweden international is well known to have rejected a trial at the Gunners during his initial playing career.

Reports in France cite that the talented striker has flown along with his agent to Qatar to hold discussions over his future at Les Parisiens.

Arsenal have been linked with a £11m swoop for Ibrahimovic, whilst former club AC Milan also hold strong interest in the 33-year-old.

It is also understood that the mercurial Swede could seek a fresh challenge away from the French champions, should he not be offered a contract extension before the new season.



Ibrahimovic's current deal at Les Parisiens expires in June 2016.
