De Gea wants Casillas out of Real

David de Gea warns Real Madrid

18 June 2015 - 10:27

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has insisted that he could back off on a summer move to Real Madrid, should Iker Casillas remain at the club.

  • Chelsea to target UECL winner to replace Fernandez
  • Chelsea enter talks to sign Juventus full-back
  • The Spain international is expected to join Los Blancos this summer, having agreed personal terms over the transfer.

However, in a new twist to the story, the former Atleti star has asked Real to dump Iker Casillas from the club this summer, or else forget about acquiring his services.

Tottenham Hotspur have been recently linked with a move for Iker Casillas, who remains Spain's number one under Vicente del Bosque.
