Tottenham to appoint Harry Kane as vice captain

Tottenham Hotspur will make Harry Kane their vice captain for the upcoming season as club manager Mauricio Pochettino pulls out all of the stops to persuade the talented striker to stay at White Hart Lane. Man Utd have shown interest in signing the forward.

  • Kane will be appointed as the club's vice captain after the stunning efforts of the forward in the league last season. Spurs have longed for a top class striker and finally found their preferred choice with a home grown star midway thorough last season. Kane is one of a number of Spurs players that have been linked with a move away from North London this summer, but now looks almost certain to stay put.
