Arsenal are understood to have finally agreed a summer deal for Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech.

The Mail had claimed yesterday that the former Rennes man was on his way to North London, having seen the Gunners agree a transfer fee with their league rivals.

Sky Sports now cites that the FA Cup Champions have agreed a fee of around £10.9m for the talented shot-stopper, who found first-team chances hard to come by as he was dispelled by Thibaut Courtois for the number one role.

Arsenal are expected to allow the sale of David Ospina to Fenerbahce, once they confirm the arrival of Cech to the Emirates.
