Fenerbahce expect out-of-favour Manchester United winger Nani to have a medical on Friday, ahead of a summer switch to the club.

The Portuguese international was shipped out on loan to Sporting Lisbon last season, as he was deemed surplus to requirements by Louis van Gaal.

However, with Sporting not interested in a permanent deal, Nani was allowed to discuss terms with other clubs.

It has now been confirmed that the talented winger will undergo a medical on Friday before sealing £7m transfer to the Turkish giants.

Nani had earlier rejected a move to Benfica, as it would harm his relations with former club Sporting.
