Chelsea target and Marseille midfielder Giannelli have sealed a switch to Primeira Liga giants Porto on a five-year deal.

The Belgian international was tipped to leave Marseille following their failure to qualify for next season's Champions League.

The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Southampton were interested in his services, but it has now been confirmed that the talented midfielder has joined the Portuguese champions for an undisclosed fee thought to be around £14.1m.

Imbula made 38 appearances in all competitions for Marseille last season.
