The German international ended speculation over his future by signing a new contract extension last week.

However, La Gazetta dello Sport claims that the talented playmaker is still unsure about his future at BVB, and the Rossoneri are considering a swoop for his services.

The Milan giants are expected to make an offer of around £18m for the 24-year-old.
