Stoke City have agreed to loan Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel in a deal which sees Asmir Begovic make his permanent move to Stamford Bridge.
The Bosnian international look set to have a medical this week, ahead of his £8m transfer to the Premier League champions.
According to The Telegraph, the Potters boss Mark Hughes has managed to convince the Blues' to offer midfielder Van Ginkel on a season-long loan as part of the transfer agreement.
Van Ginkel has struggled to cement his place in th Blues' first-team, and a move to the Potters could bring the best out of him next season.
