Tottenham Hotspur have made an £8m offer to secure the services of Chelsea winger Victor Moses.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho is understood to have recently rejected a loan offer from Stoke City, as he expects the Nigerian international to play some part at the club in the upcoming campaign.
However, The Mirror cites that Spurs are hoping that an £8m bid would be sufficient to tempt the Premier League holders to let go of the talented winger in the summer.
Moses joined the Blues from Wigan Athletic in 2012.
