The talented marksman has struggled to score goals on a regular basis at Spurs since his move from Valencia two seasons ago.

According to London 24, the Europa League champions are ready to part with £12m to sign up the 30-year-old, who made his name as a prolific striker during his time with Los Che.

Soldado scored 59 goals in 101 league games for Valencia between 2010 and 2013.
