Manchester City have not made any kind of offer for Belgian sensation Kevin De Bruyne, according to Wolfsburg manager Dieter Hecking.
The Belgian international has been tipped to join the Citizens this summer, following an exceptional season for the Wolves, where he notched up 16 goals and 27 assists in all competitions.
Following his side's 2-1 defeat at the hands of Villareal in the Emirates Cup, Hecking told reporters : "There is nothing to say. There is no official offer to Wolfsburg yet. We have no offer from Manchester City. No offer from anybody. Full stop."
