Mali international Bakary Sako is closing in on a summer switch to West Bromwich following a successful medical.
The 27-year-old is a free-agent having opted against a contract extension at former club Wolverhampton Wanderers.
According to Sky Sports News, the talented forward has undergone a series of medical tests at the Baggies' training ground, and a deal could well be announced in the next 24 hours.
Sako has also attracted interest from the likes of Everton and Premier League newcomers Bournemouth over the past month.
