The Austrian international was high on the radar of several Premier League clubs last summer.

The Toffees are expected to keep hold of John Stones this summer, but talkSPORT cites that manager Roberto Martinez sees Dragovic as the ideal replacement, should the England international make way to Chelsea.

It is also thought that a fee of around £8m would be sufficient to lure Dynamo Kiev into offloading the 24-year-old defender.
