Manchester City are closing in on a summer deal for Wolfsburg's Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, according to a report.

The Belgian international has recently revealed that he would find it hard to turn down a move back to the Premier League with the Citizens.

According to The Mail, the former Chelsea man will be allowed to pack his bags and head to the Etihad so long as City match the player's &pound50m valuation.

De Bruyne scored 16 goals and provided 27 assists in all competitions for the Wolves last season.
