Norwich City in for Matteo Destro?

13 August 2015 - 12:47

Premier League newcomers Norwich City are understood to have made an audacious bid to sign AS Roma striker Matteo Destro.

  • Chelsea suffer big injury blow ahead of Everton game
  • Enzo Fernandez refuses to rule out Chelsea exit
  • The Italian international has fallen down the pecking order at the Capital outfit, following the arrival of Edin Dzeko from Manchester City on a season-long loan.

It is thought that the Serie A side would be open to the player's sale, having loaned him to AC Milan during the second half of last season.

According to The Mail, the Canaries have made £4.5m for the talented frontman.

Destro has scored 29 goals in 68 games for Roma since his switch from Siena in 2012.
