Mexican international Hector Moreno has joined Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven on a four-year deal.
The 27-year-old returns to the Eredivisie following a three-year spell with Espanyol.
However, Moreno is confident that he has joined a club which will bring him success in years to come.
"This is a good move. At PSV I can fight for the title and play in the Champions League. I was ready for a new challenge and PSV have provided that." he told the club's official website.
"My football and personality have grown during my time in Spain. I have played against some of the best players in the world. That is why I am a better player now than during my first spell in the Netherlands."
