Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has confirmed that defender Patrick Dorgu won't be involved against Roma in the Champions League tomorrow night.
The Red Devils are currently on a nine-match winless streak in all competitions and will aim to end the wretched run against the Giallorossi.
Ahead of the game, Dorgu has returned to full training after a hamstring injury, but Carrick has revealed that the game will come too soon for the Danish star.
Instead, he could be in contention to feature on Sunday when United host Aston Villa in the Premier League. United have had a dismal league campaign thus far with only seven points in nine matches.
The pressure is already on Carrick and the failure to beat Roma and Villa before the international break could potentially see him sacked.
United don't have any standout options to replace the 45-year-old at the helm, but the break could offer time to decide a possible successor.
