The Argentine international joined Spurs from Sevilla last summer, and has since then struggled to cement his place in the starting line-up.

According to The Telegraph, the central defender is keen on joining the Baggies, who has shown interest in the player's services in recent weeks.

It is added that Spurs have already agreed a &pound5m transfer sum for the player's sale, and it is up to Fazio to finalize personal terms ahead of his move to the Hawthorns.
