PSG join William Carvalho chase

Paris Saint-Germain have joined the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea in the race to sign Sporting Lisbon starlet William Carvalho.

The 23-year-old has been long linked with a move to the Premier League, and a deal could have materialised this summer, provided he had not suffered a knee injury.

The Star suggests that French champions Paris Saint-Germain are looking at the Portugal international, as they seek midfield reinforcements in the New Year.

Carvalho was the player of tournament during the Under-21s European Championships over the summer.
