Aston Villa defender Jordan Amavi has been sidelined for the remainder of the season with a cruciate knee ligament injury.
Amavi, 21, joined the Villans from Nice last summer, and has made 12 appearances in all competitions this term.
The full-back suffered the long-term injury during France Under 21's 1-0 win over Northern Ireland last week.
Villa have confirmed the news via their official website, the statement read: "Everyone at the club wishes Jordan a speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing him back on a football pitch as soon as possible."
